there's others, but they're more common like squirrel, rabbit, pheasant, venicin, etc...

Alligator tail, squid & octopus I eat all the time and like.
Ostrich was on the table once-but I didn't eat any-don't like bird to begin with.
Grossest/wrost would be the lining of a cows stomach.....think it's call tripe (?)
